These Terms of Use govern your use of voyagerhomehealthcare.com (the “Site”), operated by Voyager Home Health Care (“Voyager,” “we,” “us”), 4140 E Bijou St, Colorado Springs, CO 80909. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Voyager Home Health Care is a Colorado Class A home care agency licensed by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and an enrolled Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) provider. We provide in-home services under programs including the Parent CNA program, In-Home Support Services (IHSS), Children’s Home and Community Based Services (CHCBS) and Community First Choice (CFC).
2. The Site is for information only
Content on the Site describes our services and Colorado programs in general terms. It is not medical, legal or financial advice and does not create a provider-patient relationship. Reading the Site does not enroll you in any program. In a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Program eligibility, hours and pay
Eligibility for Medicaid programs is decided by the State of Colorado, not by Voyager, based on its own assessments and prior-authorization rules. Hours of care are authorized by the State and may change. Pay rates published on the Site are current as of their stated date and may be updated; the rate that applies to you is the one in your written employment agreement. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment or a guarantee of enrollment, authorization, hours or pay.
4. Information you send us
When you contact us through a form, email, or text, you agree to give accurate information and to keep it updated. Our web forms are not a secure channel for medical records. Please do not upload medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents through the Site; we will ask for them through a secure method once you are enrolled.
5. Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry, assessment, training, or employment, including with automated systems. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your eligibility for services. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties for marketing.
6. Protected health information
Once you become a client or caregiver, the health information we collect is protected health information under HIPAA and is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at intake and on request. These Terms cover the public Site only.
7. Accounts and training portals
Some links on the Site lead to separate services, such as our CNA training school and our hiring platform, which have their own terms and accounts. You are responsible for keeping any login private and for activity under it.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access systems, data or accounts you are not authorized to use; scrape, copy or republish Site content for commercial use; submit false information or impersonate anyone; or upload malicious code.
9. Our content
The text, graphics, logos and page layouts on the Site belong to Voyager or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.
10. Third-party links
The Site links to outside websites, including State of Colorado pages. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
11. Accessibility
We want the Site to be usable by everyone. If a page or feature is hard for you to use, contact us at the address below and we will help you get the information another way.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and that its content is complete or current.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Voyager and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law, and nothing in these Terms limits our obligations to you under any care agreement, employment agreement or applicable health-care regulation.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
