The Family LHA Program, referred to elsewhere as the Family or Parent CNA Program, is now available in Arizona for families with medically fragile children.
By going through the Family LHA Program, also known as the Family Licensed Health Aide Program, parents and legal guardians of medically fragile children can become a Licensed Health Aide to care for their loved ones. The benefit of this program is that now parents/ guardians can be paid to take care of the ones that matter most.

This program applies to children under 21 who have chronic illness/ medically complex diagnoses that have been referred to the Family LHA Program.
