For clients with mobility challenges, we provide transfers, exercise support, and transportation to appointments. We work closely with each client’s medical team to deliver personalized care that prioritizes safety and respect.

Founded in 2015 by two brothers who are both nurses and veterans, Voyager Home Health Care has always been driven by a strong commitment to community and personal connections. From the beginning, Voyager Home Health Care has set itself apart in the home healthcare industry by fostering direct communication between families and caregivers. Our company was established with a deep understanding of the challenges families face when caring for a loved one at home. Our founders, drawing from their personal and professional experiences, recognized a need in the healthcare industry. They saw the importance of a company that not only provides top-tier healthcare services but also prioritizes the well-being of the caregivers and families we serve.
In addition to offering In-Home Support Services (IHSS), the Parent CNA program, and other home health care services, Voyager Home Health Care operates four CNA schools throughout Colorado. These schools provide a unique, flexible CNA Certification course. They allow students to complete coursework from home at an affordable rate.
We also offer these courses free of charge to our Parent CNA caregivers employed by Voyager Home Health Care. Our focus on training and community sets us apart as an employer and service provider.
